The corresponding author must inform about the cancellation of the article before its acceptance from the African Research Journal of Medical Sciences and the cancellation should be before 10 days from the date of submission. If the paper is accepted, then the Corresponding author needs to pay the Article Processing Charges (APCs) before publication.

In case, when the article has been published and there is a breach in the research, the African Research Journal of Medical Sciences has all rights to retract the article and no refund will be provided.

• Any kind of refund will not be issued if the author wants to withdraw/retract his/her paper after the final publication; or if he or she declines to revise and resubmit.

• There are no refunds if the paper is removed due to copyright infringement claims.
